Chapter Updates: February 22

Alpha Chi Omega will be hosting Alpha Male on March 17th in the Weis Center with the option to buy tickets online! Healthy Relationships week was February 9th through the 13th, you may have noticed the These Hands Don’t Hurt Campaign in the LC mall where many students cut out and posted purple hands to pledge against domestic violence. If you are on instagram check out all of the #loveis posts from chapters at Bucknell! For any non-greek or soon-to-be-Greek women stop by Keepin’ It Cool With Alpha Chi, a recruitment event on April 20th.

Alpha Delta Pi is currently getting prepared for the ADPi TKE volleyball tournament and are so excited to be hosting the 3rd annual tournament! The tournament is going to be held on Saturday, February 28th from 1-4pm in the Fieldhouse. If interested, tickets will be sold for $10 a person in the LC mall starting February 16th. All proceeds benefit ADPi’s philanthropy, the Ronald McDonald House, as well as TKE’s St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Alpha Xi Delta will be hosting their philanthropy event, The AmaXing Race, on April 19th and will be providing more details in the coming month. All proceeds will be going to the AXiD philanthropy, Autism Speaks. If you plan on going through recruitment in the Fall drop by How Sweet it is to be an Alpha Xi, a recruitment event, on April 19th from 6-8 pm.

Chi Omega is having their new philanthropy event, Family Feud style, on March 3rd. Their recruitment event, Cookie Dough with Chi O, will be April 6th, 6-8 pm. A few members are starting a club on campus to combat world hunger, keep an eye out! In other exciting news, shout out to Sarah Holler for photographing the CHOICE semiformal and having another semiformal to photograph in March and congratulations to Olivia Clavel-Davis on being Miss Filipino-American of Central New Jersey for 2015!

Delta Gamma is having Anchor Splash Thursday, March 26, 8-10pm in the Natatorium! Everyone is encouraged to make a team, and partake in synchronized swimming, diving competitions and much more. Desserts with DG, a recruitment event for anyone interested, will be Sunday March 22, 2-4pm in Larison Dining Hall. Come meet the ladies of DG and eat yummy treats!

Kappa Alpha Theta is having their recruitment event, KAT party, on March 23rd for any PNMs who want to stop by and meet some awesome women! Theta is also excited to welcome four new members to their chapter, after recently having a great bid day getting to know them! Kappa Kappa Gamma is excited to announce they sold out the Kappa Kisses, which they were selling February 9th through the 13th to raise money for Reading is Fundamental. On April 12th from 6 to 8 Kappa will be having an Ice Cream Social recruitment event.

Panhel: Hunt Hall was filled with wings and all that good junk food on Superbowl Sunday when Alpha Chi, ADPi, AXiD, and Chi O all had sisterhood events to watch the game. Panhel also hosted a great Galentines Brunch on February 15th for members of all the sororities, the stuffed french toast was a huge hit. Other events Panhel have planned include Meet the Suites on Monday, February 23rd, we hope a lot of Potential New Members make it to Hunt Hall to get to know all the lovely Greek ladies and learn why going Greek could be the best decision you make during your college career! Keep an eye out for more details on Sorority 101s and Open Suites which will also be happening later this semester.
