  • Visit Uptown for Freaky Fryday! Hypnotist David Anthony will be performing shows at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. The Flyson will be parked outside of Uptown from 9-11 p.m., handing out all of your favorite fried foods – including nacho tots. Also, at 6:15 there will be free Taco Bell tacos for the first 50 people.

Saturday 10/3

  • Hey, first-year and transfer students: are you looking to meet new people and make new friends? Stop by Seventh Street Studio & MakerSpace this Saturday for free food, DIY activities and lots of opportunities to meet other Bucknellians.
• Keeping it Reel: The Nightmare Before Christmas
  • 7:30-9 p.m. @ Uptown & the Commons
  • Visit Uptown and the Commons for a free movie viewing. There will be Domino’s chocolate lava cakes for the first 25 people at both locations.

Monday 10/5

• Mental Health Awareness Week
  • Active Minds will be hosting an Awareness Week. During this week cultural clubs will highlight important issues. Active Minds will partner with these clubs to show how these problems relate back to mental health. The event will take place outside where clubs will set up tables to inform people. Furthermore, Active Minds will be giving out bracelets to promote awareness.
