Meghan Quinn ’24 has been named the Bison of the Week for the sixth time in her career at Bucknell. The senior sprinter had a phenomenal weekend in her final Indoor Patriot League Championships.
First, Quinn won gold in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.73, beating the second place runner by 0.35 seconds. This was good for a meet record and gave the Bison ten points on the women’s side early on. Quinn also broke her own Bucknell all-time record in the event with this time.
Next, Quinn came in second place in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.49, missing out on gold by just 0.03 seconds. This again set a Bucknell all-time record for the event, which gave her her ninth school record.
She ran last in the 4×400-meter relay. Quinn served as the anchor for the team that ended up coming in bronze with a time of 3:48.66.
Quinn competes next in the ECAC Indoor Championships taking place March 2 and 3.
