At the Darius Dixon Memorial last Saturday, Feb. 15th, Justley Sharp ’27 reset her school record in the indoor shot put once again.
This past weekend she threw 15.81 meters, surpassing her old record by over a foot. She won the event by two feet despite throwing against top competition.
Sharp currently holds three first-place school records for the indoor and outdoor shot put and the discus, the most of any active female Bison. Sharp previously won the Bison of the Week award in April of 2024 as well.
Sharp and the rest of the Bison are preparing for the Patriot League Track & Field Championships on March 1 and 2.
