This past weekend, Connor Davis ʼ25 tied the school record for most career goals scored by a Men’s Lacrosse player, making him this weekʼs Bison of the Week.
Heading into the game, Davis was one goal away from making Bucknell history. His time to shine came in the third quarter of the Bison’s match against Lehigh. Will Hopkins ʼ26 found Davis for the goal, which ultimately broke the 6-6 tie. The school record of goals scored was last broken in 1994 by Justin Zackey ʼ94.
This marks Davis’s 138th career goal and his 30th of the season. Averaging around three goals a game, Davis has been a key component to the Bison’s performance this season. Not only that, Davis also ranks #2 in the country for goals per game. The Orange and Blue currently hold a record of 4-4 and stand in fifth in the Patriot League overall.
Davis and the rest of Bucknell Men’s Lacrosse will next compete against Lafayette on Friday, March 28.
