Hey DJ’s again,
I’m sorry about that last post, it might just seem like an incomplete thought, but I hit “send” accidentally, perhaps even prematurely. Anyways, as I was saying, I’m concerned about the water I hold near and dear to my health. Should I use a Brita filter? If so, how can I be sure that the water I drink is free from parasites and chemicals even after I do that. Should I distill my water now? Is bottled water better or worse for the environment? How could I choose between safe bottled water and polluting the environment with plastic bottles against chemicals and fracking water? If I distill my own water, how could I get valuable minerals usually found in water into my body? Should I just take supplements? I’m aware that the government does not strictly regulate supplements so you’re sort of throwing caution into the wind there with that one, so would it even be of any use? How else would I get my nutrition? Just a lot of questions that need to be answered for a now scared and confused young student.

Hey DJ’s,
I’m a sophomore of Italian descent and I had just read Thomas Bonan’s opinionated essay on fracking. As a Bucknell student and resident of one of the many resident halls at Bucknell University, located in the quaint Lewisburg, of south-central (not actually sure if it’s really south-central but it just sounds cool to say) PA, I have to drink and use water for things like washing my hands.
