- Oversee and advise Staff Photographers.
- Administer Training Sessions for Staff Photographers.
- Create Photography Resource Manual.
- Delegate photograph assignments.
- Take photography requests from Section Content Editors for specific weekly articles.
- Keep photographers up-to-date on deadlines/manage all photographs for each section once they are received.
- Assign and oversee Assistant Photography Editor.
- Undertake any last-minute photography assignments.
- Edit all photographs with the Assistant Photo Editor for each print issue/the website.
- Review photographs with Layout Editors on Production night.
