Fantasy Corner

QBs to Add

Teddy Bridgewater, (Minnesota Vikings): Bridgewater has been slow to start off the season, but his Vikings are at a respectable 4-2. The second-year player has sprung to life his past two games, and will look to surpass 300 yards through the air for the second straight week against the Chicago Bears and their porous defense.

Blake Bortles, (Jacksonville Jaguars): Another second-year quarterback, Bortles has actually been having an excellent year, ranked fifth among all quarterbacks. He may be on waivers since he has a bye week upcoming, but he is certainly worth an add to keep on your team, as Bortles has 15 touchdowns, good for third in the NFL.

RBs to Add

Alfred Blue, (Houston Texans): With Arian Foster done for the year (yet another injury), Blue will have first crack at the starting role. He underperformed during the first few weeks of the season when Foster was shelved with an injury, but he’s worth an add over some of the backup running backs in free agency.

Antonio Andrews, (Tennessee Titans): Still available in over 50 percent of fantasy leagues, Andrews has taken the starting role away from Bishop Sankey. He averaged 5.7 yards per rush last week against Atlanta, and could see a fairly strong game if his touches increase. He could be worth a flex spot in your lineup.

WRs to Add

Allen Hurns, (Jacksonville Jaguars): Hurns is a hit-or-miss player, but having scored a touchdown in each of the past five weeks, he cannot be ignored. Ranking 15th among all wideouts, Hurns is a speedy player who manages to get through the defense.

Nate Washington, (Houston Texans): Washington was on fire in his return to the field, catching nine passes for 127 yards and two touchdowns en route to 28.5 fantasy points. With Houston falling behind so often early on, they will need to pass often throughout the game, leaving plenty of opportunity for Washington.
