Paige Leavy ’20 and Jill Auteri ’20 each grabbed a win for the Bison in their respective singles’ brackets, making their mark on the Bucknell Fall Invite as first-years. Leavy, who competed in Flight 3, was victorious over her Saint Francis opponent, and Auteri trumped Loyola’s competitor for a win in Flight 4.

The Orange and Blue as a team also saw some success in the doubles tournament, when doubles team Lauren Fishbein ’19 and Michele Urbinati ’17 battled to the finals before falling to the doubles team from Villanova. With undefeated bouts from both Leavy and Auteri, the Bison had an extremely strong showing. The Orange and Blue will be back in action on Sept. 23-25, when they head to the Saint Joseph’s University Invitational.
