Bucky’s Declassified XII: The End

Tip #95

The end of the year is approaching fast. It’s not too early to start thinking about your New Year’s resolutions. Maybe 2019 will finally be the year where you can accomplish that elusive goal, like joining CrossFit or drinking responsibly on weekends. Then again, there’s always 2020…

Tip #96

Finals week is by far the most stressful time of the year for all University students. It is a chance to show all that you have learned over the course of the semester, as well as if you actually showed up to class at all. If you haven’t, this may be a good time to read through your syllabus and figure out just what the heck Bible Studies is all about.

Tip #97

This is the only acceptable time to wake up your roommates, suitemates, and hallmates with aggressive holiday music on full blast. Take advantage while you can and haul out the holly whether they want you to or not.

Tip #98

The most important part of the holidays is not the love and joy we spread, but the presents that we give and receive. As a wise man once said, “Presents are the best way to show someone how much you care. It’s like this tangible thing that you can point to and say ‘Hey man, I love you this many dollars-worth.’”

Tip #99

There are a lot of different people on New Year’s Eve. There are questionable alcoholics, heavy-sleepers who pass out on their couches at 8:45 p.m., board gamers who love casual nights by the fireplace and there are television nuts who refuse to change the channel until the Times Square Ball Drop. You can be anyone you want to be, as long as you aren’t the person who says “See you next year” 50 times in a row.
