Megan Krestinski ’26 was awarded the Bison Athlete of the Week title after a stellar lacrosse performance in the home opener against UMBC.
In the Bison’s 18-10 victory against UMBC, Krestinski led the team in scoring with a career-high seven goals on seven shots, also tying her at second for goals in a single game in the Bucknell records.
She also notched a team-high three assists. Her 10 total points tied her for fifth in the Bison record book for total points in a single game.
Despite the Orange and Blue later falling to ranked 21 Penn State, Krestinski scored two goals on two shots, an assist and four draw controls.

The Bison will take on some more non-conference play in a home matchup against St. Bonaventure on Feb. 21 at 3 p.m.
