Kurt Phipps ’24 got the scoring started for the Bison, winning in a 6-1 decision. At this point, Bucknell trailed 4-3 after a slow start to the match.

Noah Mulvaney ’27 kept the Bison rolling with an exciting comeback win. After trailing 4-0 early in the match, he would stampede back to win in a 9-5 decision, improving his record to 24-4 on the season.

After the match sat at 13-12, Mikey Bartush ’26 at 184 and Logan Deacetis ’25 at 197 headlined a late Bison run by their wins.

“The atmosphere was electric and I couldn’t be more thankful to have such a supportive group of teammates, parents and friends,” Crosby said. “Everything I do is for this team and my teammates that mean the world to me. Great way to end my Bucknell career in Davis Gym!”

The Bison finished up in a storybook ending, as Crosby pinned his opponent late, propelling the Bison to 30 points as a team for the fifth time this season. This win moved Bucknell to 8-7 on the season and 4-4 in the EIWA.

Next up for the Bison, they travel to Princeton on Friday, February 23rd to take on the Tigers.
