This past weekend, the Bison Men’s Soccer Team suffered a tough loss in their away game against Navy on Sept. 24.

Throughout the first half, play was even between both the Bison and Navy, with the Orange and Blue nearly coming ahead with a close shot attempt by Waldemar Kattrup ’25. The Bison also had a close shot attempt when Charlie Holmes ’26 had a deep header that the Army goalie saved in the last second.

David Krumov ’27 had a scoring chance with 35 seconds left in the game, but it was just outside of the left goal post. In the end, Navy unfortunately was able to pull ahead in the 87th minute with a shot inside the back post. Apart from their loss, they finished with a shot advantage of 12 over Navy’s 11. Their current Patriot League record is 0-2 and overall they are 1-6-1.

Go support the Orange and Blue in their next game against American University at home on Sept. 30.
